We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services at our discretion.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide necessary access (social media accounts, website, analytics, etc.)

  • Share relevant content (images, videos, branding materials, etc.)

  • Communicate promptly regarding approvals and feedback

Failure to provide the required materials may result in project delays.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are due upfront for the selected service plan.

  • Recurring payments (if applicable) will be billed monthly.

  • No refunds will be provided once services have commenced.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Any content, designs, or materials created by Fitnesslancer remain the property of Fitnesslancer until full payment is received.

  • Clients retain rights to their own brand materials and provided content.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Fitnesslancerā€™s work is prohibited.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and will not share sensitive business information.

  • You agree not to disclose Fitnesslancerā€™s proprietary methods, strategies, or processes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Fitnesslancer is not responsible for any business losses, revenue drops, or unforeseen issues arising from marketing campaigns.

  • Results vary based on multiple factors, and no specific performance guarantee is provided.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with a 14-day notice.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the service period.

  • Upon termination, access to any managed accounts may be revoked.

8. Changes to These Terms

Fitnesslancer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
